Silverpoint Success

“After pursuing our claim against Silverpoint, we finally had our court case.
Initially our case was refused on a technicality by one judge.  “A Company” (company name is censored due to copyright) , however found another judge who would look at our case. On 14th September 2017 the court accepted that our case was strong enough to be heard.
We were advised by “A Company” (company name is censored due to copyright) that the trial would take place on the 19th of June 2018 at 11.30 hrs. at the Court of First Instance No.3 of Arona, Tenerife.  This we had to cancel due to health reasons.
A new Trial date was arranged to take place on the 16/01/2019 at 12.30 hrs at the Court of First Instance No.3 of Arona, Tenerife. We would need to see our lawyer the day before the trial.
On 15th January we were collected from our accommodation and taken by car to meet him.  He put us at our ease and told us the sort of questions we would be asked.
Our lawyer explained the makeup of the court.  Everything would be recorded and filmed, and the proceedings would be translated for us as it went along. He also suggested that only one of us would speak in court and we chose Mrs Hyde as spokesperson.
The next day we were again collected and taken to the court by car. The case went as had been predicted by our lawyer, who advised us afterwards that we would have to wait a few months before finding out the outcome of the case. We were returned to our accommodation by car.
On the 5th July we were advised that we had been successful with our case and Silverpoint has been ordered to pay us back £47,501 plus legal interests.
We now wait to see if Silverpoint are going to appeal the judgement.
We had gone to court with some trepidation, but on realising there were only 7 or 8 people in court it was not at all intimidating. In fact everyone in court including the judge spoke to us in English as well as having a professional translator who dealt with the court proceedings.
Kind Regards

Puerto Calma Group Success Story

Dear “A Company” (company name is censored due to copyright) Team and Solicitors
We would like to thank you all at the “A Company” (company name is censored) for the help, support and the way you handled our case against the Puerto Calma Group (Now Holiday Club).
Initially we purchased our property in 2003 and was told how it was an asset and could be passed to our children or if later if we wished to sell we could sell it back to the Puerto Calma Group. This seemed an excellent investment purchase at the time and been an asset felt happy with our purchase.
We noticed about 4 years ago the Local representative was always trying to get us to change our contract and move to points or some other new offer, but I felt this was not a good idea as I had 2 weeks in a specific apartment and was happy what I owned.
We decided to ask about possible selling back to them, as we told on purchasing, that I could do this. We were then told that was no longer available and had to sell via an agent and this when I realized we needed professional help.
As a regular visitor to Puerto Rico a friend told me of the “A Company” (company name is censored due to copyright) and we contacted them and attended a meeting with Jasmin in late February 2016 where we decided to work with them on a case against the Puerto Calma Group. I presented all my documents and worked with the “A Company” to ensure all documents I had were presented to them.
On the 8th January 2018 we attended court at Maspalomas where we met our Solicitor and Jake who would act as our translator, everything went well in court and on the 22nd January 2018 we were told that the court had found in our favour and our contract was null and void. We then had the case taken to a higher court and again due to the work of the “A Company” Team we have now had the final result. We would receive our Full purchase price and our maintenance payments plus interest.
We would most certainly recommend “A Company” (company name is censored due to copyright) to anyone that could be thinking of legal action and don’t me put off by the court appearance as I found it a very easy and stress free experience due the professionalism of my solicitor and support

Anfi Group Success Story

I am writing this letter to let other timeshare owners know how you fought  against our timeshare  in court and won our case, we received over £10.000 in our account and can’t thank them enough.
Obviously at first we were dubious whether we should go ahead and employ a solicitor as you hear so many stories of scams and people who have been conned out of money abroad,
I am delighted with the service I have received and would highly recommend you put your trust in them, yours sincerely
